Reservation Policy

Above rates are for one family, which consists of two adults and their unmarried children under 18 years of age, or up to the number of people that the cabin sleeps.

Cabin Check In: 3:00pm

Cabin Check Out: 11:00am

Deposit required upon booking is two night's stay. For holiday weekends, a deposit of the full stay is required.

Minimum two night stay in any rental unit. Minimum three night stay on holiday weekends.

PLEASE NOTE! We are a family-style campground, open to families and couples with set quiet hours and controlled access for security. We do not tolerate excessive noise, excessive alcohol consumption, or offensive language. Anyone found to be causing any of the above during their stay, or who is generally disruptive to the family camping environment, will be asked to leave immediately without refund, and a $50/person disturbance fee may be charged to their credit card. Please contact the office with any questions regarding this policy prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

​

If at least two weeks' notice of cancellation is provided prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee. If less than two weeks' notice is provided, the deposit will be refunded less one night stay plus a $15 cancellation fee.

For holiday weekends, if at least two weeks' notice of cancellation is provided, the deposit will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival.

For cabin rentals, if at least two weeks' notice of cancellation is provided, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If less than two weeks' notice is provided, the deposit will be refunded less one night stay plus a $50 cancellation fee.
